Tulsa, Ok We requested over the phone to have our system turned off prior to moving out of state. They told me they would take care off it and thanked me for the past two years of service and timely payments.

They continued to draft my bank account for 5 months. After several attempts to once again cancel my account, they made me write in and fax in a written statement requesting cancellation. They then drafted my account one more time the following month, knowing my system was inactive!! 6 months of payments with an inactive service and refused to pay us back or refund us any money!
