This company continued to deduct money from my account knowing that I was unemployed and continued to take money from my account for one year after I was layed off. When I ask them to activated the plan which was to allow me to be relieved of payment for 3 months I was denied help because I was 300 days to late to file. Mind you they never called me before the 300 day denial process would apply, but they continued to accept payments from me which I payed through my unemployement. I asked for a refund and they siad they could not, but it is okay for them to continue to take money from me for thier own selfish needs and deny me of help when needed, why was I paying them all this time. I hope none has to experience this rip-off and I can not believe Bank of America is one of thier Clients, please B of A  check out your insurance companies I thought this company was good ,only because The Bank of America was pitching there service to me.
