Complaint Review: Central States Indemity Company Of Omaha

CSI Protection Policy for Credit Card Originally signed up because I unfortunately clicked one of those "free" credit reports. Then I was all of a sudden enrolled with this stupid insurance comapny.

Have telephoned 3 times in the last 3 months to have policy terminated. Each time they have stated a signature was required.

They stated they would be mailing a letter from me to sign and return. They have my correct mailing address.
Have yet to recieve any form of communication from them.
They have kept charging my account each month. I have requested for them to refund or credit my account for the monthly charge, they state they are unable to do this until they recieve a signed form.

So, keep charging + never send the form + ignore repeated requests = more money for them.

I would be willing to join any class action suite against this company for fradulent business practices.
