To my misfortune, I being the gullible person that I am. I received a call from Cathy agent # 240 from Central Savings & Support. She had received an inquiry that I had sent to some credit card company wanting to apply for a credit card.Due to my bad credit. I wanted to start building it again. She offered me a mastercard credit card with the limit of $2000. In order for me to receive this mastercard. I was told I had to pay the processing fee of $299. I hesitated at first. Then she convinced me that it was a very good offer. I gave Central Support & Savings authorization to withdraw $299 from my checking account on September 10, 04. I was told I would receive my credit card 5-10 business days. When That period went by I started to call their customer service number to no avail. Every time I called I was given A different date by their operators.
I finally was given a tracking number 0225 1460 1760 0170 3326
to USPS.com to track my supposed credit card. I received a package on 10/26/04 at 12:43pm. The following item in the package was a certificate for 1000 for a bogus online store and an application for an credit card to pay an additional $29.95 procesing fee. A little booklet how to fix your credit. I called the customer service line and reported my misfortune. I left a voice saying that I was very upset because I had not received the product I was promised. My call was never returned. I called once again and spoke to someone named Frank Carter on 11/2/04 and requested a refund. I was told there was no guarantee that I would get my money back.He told me to call back on 11/9/04. I called back once again and spoke to Jay, and was told my refund was denied because the investigation showed that they were not being fraudulent.I would like to stop this company so that this does not happen to another gullible person like myself.
