Complaint Review: central voicemail

Central voicemail is the company name, they call me and oferd a free instalation of the voice mail service, free pager, free hotel rooms for 2 nights, and I toll them ,NO, because I already have a voice mail service with my phone company and I pay $4.50 a month,and they want me to pay $19.95 a month after the FREE instalation,

now I dont now how I got the service,I never used and I own $94.80 for 4 month, I try to contact this people, the first time I spoke with a attitude person, the name was Robert he toll me hes going to take out the service but he never did, I don't now wat to do. thanks for your help.
