ISN'T THERE ANYONE LIVING IN LAS VEGAS THAT CAN DRIVE BY THIS PLACE AND SEE WHAT THE BUILDING SAYS AND REPORT BACK HERE??? 3 million people live there. Don't you think that at least ONE of those people has read any of these complaints? Maybe he/she can even go inside and ask for a "telemarketing" job! Pull a scam on them for a change! Get some authentic names and phone numbers and then go home and post them here!

Well, add my name to the "dummies" list. My wife fell for this scam, but I just recently found out about it when I did a search for them and was directed here. I was also dinged for $369, plus 2 overdrafts because I was unaware that the money had even been taken out. I have pursued other avenues to try and get these scumbags arrested.

I drive a truck all over the country and into Canada. The next time I go thru Vegas, I'll take a taxicab to this address and make another post here to let you all know what I discover.

My bank said it will refund the money into my account, even though it has been almost 2.5 months since I discovered what my wife had done. The bad thing is that she isn't even on this account, yet the bank authorized Centric's electronic check. I did request a photocopy of this check because it even had a wierd check number that was thousands of numbers higher than the current checks I am writing. That's scary: how many people haven't even reported this? (That's what drew my attention to it.) I can't close this account out because I have a lot of business that goes into and out of it.

I did get some relief from the Nevada Attorney General's office. They won't allow you to submit an online complaint form, but there is a form you can download and fill out and mail back them so they can pursue these scumbags. It will save 4-6 days of waiting for them to mail one to you. Here's the valid link to the Bureau of Consumer Protection for the complaint form:

http://ag.state.nv.us/divisions/bcp.htm

There is also a form for the Federal Trade Commission that you can fillout ONLINE! Here's the link to that one:

https://rn.ftc.gov/pls/dod/wsolcq$.startup?Z_ORG_CODE=PU01

If enough of you fill these out, maybe we can get some relief. C'mon, people! The Government only hears you when a lot of you speak out and complain!

I will report back when I find out something in Vegas, unless someone that lives there can drive by and take a look at the place. (Go inside and ask for a "telemarketing" job! Actually pull a scam on them! You might find out some real names and phone numbers!)
