Complaint Review: Centric Group

This company called my Dad and offered him a credit card with a one time security deposit of $360 dollars. My Dad gave them his savings account number. This was the beginning of November. In January, my Dad noticed that the money had been withdrawn from his account but he never received a credit card. He called the company and demanded they return his money, they agreed and told him it would be mailed to him within 3 weeks. The middle of February he received a Discount Travel Club Membership packet, with an application for a credit card inside also.
