Centrix Financial/Flat Iron Financial Services,dishonest,bad CustomerService..theifes.they Need To Be Shut Down!.Took out electronic payments every month,but cant tell us where our money is going Centennial Colorado

These people are beyond awful!!..bad customer service..everyone is nasty on the phone...

Flat Iron took over Centrixs accounts when Centrix close down..and they have been and are nothing but trouble..they do not have good customer serivce...they dont have e-mail so they claim...they're faxes dont work...so when you fax them your bank statments etc for them to "review" always something why they cant get it....the manager claimed he didnt have e-mail when you get him on the phone..and then you cant get him to call back...and everyone in customer service say they're not sure..that they've been having problems since they took over for centrix

They take out our "car payment out of our checking every month"...BUT THEY SENT OUT A REPO MAN... we have bank statements showing where they are taking money out of our account and they claim we have not been paying....this is the whole reason we chose to do direct debit..and our bank shows it clearing every month and they claim its not "in their system"...and they only have records back to March and they say they cant see anything in their systems past march/I beleive this is when they took over for Centrix.....YOU CANT GET THE MANAGER to call you back...

we have been trying to figure out what on earth is going on..nobody answers the phones..they claim they do not have e-mail...and we have faxed over our proof of our bank statments from our bank of them taking out money from us every month...but somehow their fax is messed up.....They are trying to say we are not paying when in fact they take it out every month from direct debit..our bank has proof..we have proof..but they claim"they dont see it in their systems.....So it is my fault that their systems arent up to date..

I asked them how come my bank which is one of the top known banks in the US is printing where they have been taking money out every month on my bank staments and I have confirmations #s to prove they're taking money out EVERY MONTH...but they keep sending a repo guy out!!.

I dont know who to get a hold of....they wont return our calls...and when we do get ahold of someone they say"the manager" will call you back...and he never does!!!..Why and how can they send a repo man when I have proof from my bank of them sucking out money every month...and all they can say is welll when we took over for centrix there were glitches in the system...THAT IS NOT OUR FAULT...

And they have been nothing but rude..wont return calls...claim they dont have e-mail..."dont and cant receive faxes"..ALL WE WANT IS COMMUNICATION FROM THEM....this has been a nightmare and nothing but trouble since they took over for Centrix....
