Complaint Review: Centrix Financial/Flat Iron Services

WE had a car loan with Centrix. Payment was made this month 10 days past due date via Western Union. Flat Iron was calling and leaving messages to call but at first not telling us why. Finally about the 5th or 6th message it was stated that they used to be Centrix. How is it possible to buy a loan and not notify people prior to next payment due? This is nuts. I don't mind paying but for god's sake you should get some type of notification in the mail.
