This company is full of thieves they set up a paynment for the 14th of April 2007 on my account I was 14 days late!! they withdrew 3 payments 2 not even due for 15 days without my permission .what can I do legally to this companby to make them see the error in their ways??? this is the second time they've done this in 1 year with my debit/credit card do I have recourse. causing overdraft bounce fees..
Do not do business with this company they are complete thieves. I am going to report them to the Texas Comissioner of Banking I'm hoping they will terminate them in the state of texas also I'm gonna call a local television station 7 on your side in Austin to help make sure others are not shafted like me. I've got copies of my bank statements and their statements!!! I am going to Fry Them!!!!! Dealer was Town North Nissan whom does business with them also in Austin TX
