I believe some of the employees are embezzling money from the company. Whenever you call they are rude but I didnt let them get away with that so I was rude right back its hard not to whenever they insist that you have not made a payment when you have and have proof.

If anyone wants to try to get a class action law suit together please get in contact with me (((ROR REDACTED EMAIL FOR SECURITY PURPOSES)))

I am writing in regards to my dads account with Centrix. This is a copy of the letter that my dad sent to the company.

Dear management and research department of Centrix,

You need to fix your records and stop calling me at work. Stop calling my mothers phone number, because she is sick and she is 72 years old, and she does not want them calls. My payments are up to date; the mistake is on your part. Let management see this paperwork and forward it to your research department. The first car payment was due on May 25th of 2006; if you add both money orders together, you have one payment. That should cover June 2nd.

Since you people are trying to change the contract, which my attorney said it can NOT be changed. The 2nd payment should cover July 2nd of 2006 and the 3rd payment should cover August 2nd, and the 4th payment as you can see, you said was not received, was processed on August 23rd which covers September 2nd of 2006. The fifth payment should cover October 2nd of 2006 and the 6th payment should cover November 2nd of 2006. Add them up and you have 6 full payments.

Since you are trying to screw my account around and changing the due date, you need to take the very first payment move it to June 2nd then you will see everything is up to date. So whoever handles the accounts need to correct your system and make sure everything is credited the way it all reads, because I'll be d**n if I am going to make any extra payments when I have all the proof right here in front of me. This tells me that someone there has lost a payment or someone never gave me credit for one of my payments that was received by you.

As you can see they are trying to change my payment duedate and they are saying they did not recieve august payment and they did because I had the money orders tracked.
