Complaint Review: Centrix Flatiron Or Peak 5 Financial???

my acct was opened mar of 2005, starting on mar 2nd, I asked for payments to be moved to mar 15, the 3 name company agreed but never received confirmation. I have made every payment from the 15th to 30th consistently over the last 3 years. with 1 deferral nov 2006. payments have always been made on time, and even when My due date is 2-3 weeks away, I get harassing phone calls at least 6x a day. I have stopped answering my cell phone since I am charged for my minutes. In jan 2008, I fell behind and asked for another deferral, I had to return it back within 10 business days from the date on letter. The date was marked jan 15, received letter jan 24, so was sent anyway a couple days late. I have not received a letter confirming or denying this deferral. Since that letter, sent a check for jan payment feb 5th and then sent feb payment on feb 15th. not due til feb 2nd, which payments are made by me between the 15th and 30 of every month. My credit report shows payments made within the 30 months for the past 3 years, but doesnt show an increase in credit score. I financed with americacredit before this and my credit score increased 120 pts, while the 3 name finance company hasnt done or reported any credit score at all. but shows payments made within 30 days for 3 years. I love my car, dont want to give it up, am thiking of filing bankruptcy, but know there are other ways to deal with this. I have never had this much trouble with a finance company, and I have been around for quite a long time. I know finance companies dont work this way, there is something fraudulent with this company.
