i called them today Decemeber 14 and talked to mandy carr who was very rude and painfully honest as i told her that they got 249 dollars from me for a card i was not informed it was a prepaid card and i didn't send back the form that gave them still 24.95 to receive the card i asked her for my money back she said it was nonrefundable and i said it was a ripoff and she basically agreed with that and said it wasn't her job to inform me honestly of the product i was supposed to ask questions.
