I wokred for  Centurion Insurance Solutions during the ACA Open enrollment. The owner is Ted Kruger III. Also Heather Shea works at the company. Not only was a  waste of time, since most calls that I got through their system were cold calls whiich Mr. Kruger said they were not going to be before open enrollment.  I ended enrolling most of my family and friends because most called I recieve from Centurion were people cussing me out cause they were getting calls and they were on the due not call list. The company paid for one license which cost like $50. At the end of open enrollment, I recieved a letter saying that they did not need anymore and were not going to pay me my commission. These people are scam artist. They are unprofessional and unethical. DO NOT  work with them. There agency should be shut down and their licensed revoked so they can stop scamming insurance agents.

Dear original poster,

An unlimited number of Pre-Qualified Leads were provided to you at no up-front cost.

Technology was provided to you at no up-front cost.

Carrier Appointments were paid for by the agency at no up-front cost to you.

Non-Resident State Insurance licensure was paid for by the agency at no up-front cost to you.

Coaching and Training was provided to you at no up-front cost.

This doesn’t sound anything even close to a scam. Before you wrote any business the agency invested money into you.

You had one job, help the leads that were provided to enroll into qualified health insurance programs. There was no cold calling as you claimed. All you needed to do was apply yourself, ask questions when they arose and make the dials needed daily to meet your contractual obligation to the agency.  Remember, you signed a producer agreement that outlined the terms very clearly.  You failed to meet the terms of the agreement thus your agreement was terminated for cause.

There was no scam, quite the contrary.  You were given all the tools necessary to be successful and you choose for whatever reason to not apply yourself.

Thank you for providing just enough information in your post so that you could be identified.
