Century 21 All Stars - Colleen Gunderson Refused to present my hispanic buyers offer because they don't fit in the neighborhood! Tempe Arizona
I represent a hispanic buyer trying to purchase a new home located in Scottsdale Arizona, and Colleen refused to present it to her seller. When I asked why, she simply replied, this type of buyer just doesn't "fit" into this neighborhood. My buyers are now going to file a complaint with HUD, and the Arizona Department of Real Estate, along with my complaint. This is terrible in this day and age that someone like Colleen can still act like this.
