Century 21 Electronics Rip off, Dishonest, fraudulent, product info is wrong, incompetent, and Rude Brooklyn New York
Googled Nikon D80, and came up with Shopcart.com that listed best buys on this camera. Century 21 had the next to lowest price at $569.00 for the body. Leery of such underpriced merchandise, I did a little bit of research on the company and found some negative reports. But decided to call and ask a question about the camera battery. Rep told me the camera did come with one and to buy one was an extra $170 and I asked if I had a Nikon battery if it would work...he said no and then became beligerant. I asked why he was upset and he said, because you are an idiot that's why. So I hung up and out of curiousity called back and asked to speak to a manager. A "manager" got on the phone and was almost equally as rude.
Bottom line, is this company does not offer what they say they offer and are running a scam. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM CENTURY 21 ELECTRONICS they are a fraud. I also reported them to the BBB of New York and plan on reporting them to the Internet Fraud Division of the FBI..
