Century 21 - Lee Realty - Owner Lherisson Eliassaint Rents illegally, unauthorized, non-zoned rentals in Northern NJ, Reported to NJ board of realtors RIPOFF Irvington New Jersey
Century 21-Lee Realty rents single family zoned homes to two families in Woodbridge. Poses as realtor and charges 500 dollar finder fee but his wife is actually the owner. He also insists that rentors make rental payment to a third party. House is in need of repair at 34 Carver Ave, Iselin, NJ but he refused to make repairs. Also refused to speak with tennants about condition. We found out that the house being rented is zoned as a non rental and is listed as a one family home. It's being rented two two seperate families.
Reports filed with Woodbridge zoning board and tax board. It has one kitchen with no seperation between the two families. This matter was reported to the Township of Woodbridge and the NJ Real Estate Comission. One tennant has reported him and has obtained an attorney and is in the process of filing a civil complaint against the company. Owner of Century 21-Lee Realty refused to return security and rent or discuss the matter. All records and proof of above on file with complainant. Thank you.
