The property at 1428 Oneona Knoll St in South Pasadena, CA has been at the center of a very unusual and convoluted real estate fraud case.

There was a suspected fraud agreement from a prior reported complaint regarding a realtor by the name of Megan Middleman of Century 21 Masters in South Pasadena (http://www.century21masters.com/Roster/30873/Meg-Middleman.aspx) and Cindy Rubin (broker) who were involved with a prior suspected fraudulent listing that resulted in the property being drawn in to litigation: (see https://www.ripoffreport.com/reports/megan-middleman-century-21-masters/pasadena-california-91106/megan-middleman-century-21-masters-megan-middlemanmegcentury-21-masterscentury-21-ma-1414244

Many professionals and lawyers involved in the case have turned up missing and their officeis or business vandalized, destroyed, or hacked (online).

A prior attorney who handle the case, Ken Gaugh and his family are still missing (see https://www.ripoffreport.com/reports/attorney-kenneth-gaugh/torrance-california-90501/attorney-kenneth-gaugh-attorney-gaugh-was-paid-for-service-that-he-never-rendered-nor-did-455033 ), shortly after an agreement to resell the property for residential-only and barring re-sale/flipping.
