Stay away from this company if you value your hard earned cash. I ordered a diamond stud earrings set back on Dec 6th. Got a clarity two levels down from advertised. They explained it was the fact that my appraiser is GIA and they had different standards. One of the diamonds had a massive inclusion resembling a spider you could see it with the naked eye, so I sent it back, I was reassured that if I wasn't happy with the second set I could return and get a refund.

Well, the second set I ordered was a 2.75 carat set paying over $8k and got a 2 carat set! They tried to blame it on the fact appraiser was not getting stone off of setting but it is impossible for .75 carats to be hidden on a setting! I have sent them 5 emails, called 6 times to try to get a refund and I am still waiting for their manager Mike to call me. They are trying to say I am not legible for a refund because my original order was dated Dec 6th...I call to let them know if the situation just 5 days from the time they delivered the second set. You are better of going to a store. It is too risky delaing with this company that is shady to say the least.
