Century Manufactoring "free" replacement is not free Toronto Ontario
I, as well, was taken by this company with their scam. I love how my "damaged" product has come in a pail, that has no sign of damage to it what so ever, and is unopened.
This has happened to me twice now....totally my error for not paying attention, by two different companies...Century Manufactoring and A1 Janitorial Supplies. Both of them are out of Ontatio.
When dealing with both of them today, i was getting the exact same story about a claim with UPS and that the were sending out the rest for "free". When i called them both about this i was told i would have to pay and that that cant take any returns back what so ever.
I was then told that i must be running a scam about not wanting to pay my bills and what kind of business did i run if i didnt pay my bills, in other words, this was now my fault.
Its sad how some business think rhey can get away with this!
