Complaint Review: Century Photo

Century Photo ordered in December 2010, canceled on 01/25/2011 because would not have the product for months and still do not have credit to my account or money back and it is the end of May, 2011 Santa Fe Springs, California

I ordered photo album pages in December, 2010 and found out in January that they would not have the product for months, so I canceled the order and asked that they credit my credit card account.  It is May and I still do not have credit.  I called today and was advised they will start hand wriiting checks the middle of June.  I have written a complaint to the CA BBB, I wrote a complaint to CA attorney general's office, nothing seems to help.
I would advise that you do not pay for products from this company until you have the product in hand.

   I received a check in the mail from Century Photo for $83.99 and was relieved this issue was finally resolved, but today my bank advised me the check was returned, now I don't know what to do.  I guess they have no money, so can not get blood from a turnip.  I will contact the attorney general and see what happens
