Century Plaza Hotel Valet, Management, Costumer service Los Angeles California
The valet employees do not speak English. They locked my keys in my car, I had to wait 45 minutes for AAA to arrive. The hotel manager and the valet did not want to take responsibility for this. AAA cost me $65 to open my car door, and the hotel did not pay for it, and were not willing to help in any way what so ever.
They are careless, mean, and have absolutely no shame in their lack of responsibility, and costumer service. Granted the rooms are very beautiful and nice, how ever, there are better hotels in the vicinity that are more appreciative towards the costumers. I do not recommend staying here.

When using Valet services this hint will help you. Don't leave your keys in the car and walk away, and then blame the valet staff when you locked your own keys in the car... Any business that damages your keys or your car will take the responsibility and pay for the damages to be repaired, if, they were at fault.
The fact that you obviously walked off and locked your own keys in the car is not the valets problem.. It is a you problem.
