Complaint Review: century21 Hawkins and Kolb

At the end of June early July, I called Century 21 Hawkins and Kolb about a rental home.  I was talking to by lady by the name of Wendy.  Wendy aske what price range was I looking for.  I told her no higher then $900 a month.  She immediately suggested a place that was going to be available July 6, 20Apple went to see the place, went to get applications and was told that they couldn't rent the place because the previous tenant hadn't return the keys and that the rent was paid in full until then.  The place wdon't look, grass was tall and hadn't been attended to in quite a while. Weeds were growing through the slats in the ramp on the back of the house.  We were constantly told the previous tenant hadn't return the keys.  On July 9th I received an email saying the house was still available and If I wanted to see it that I can bring my drivers license and check out a key.  But they told me the day prior that they were still waiting for a key.  They took two apps and $40 for application fee.  Hadn't ran a credit check. On July 10 they were contacted again and all of a sudden the house was  open and available to be looked at.  It was clean and no signs that any furniture had been in the house.  Now today, July 15,2013. We were told that the previous tenant decided to move back in and now that's what's about to happen.  who moves out and decides to move all theirs belongings back in after 2 weeks have gone by.  We know that's not true.  They were saving that place for so leone other then a black person.  We can see straight through that.  I am not going to stop u til they are punished for their illegal rental practice.  Dothe other calling them because everyone women in that office is covering for each other. Wendy, Cindy RidCried I tried to call the boss/supervisor or what ever Bethnis suppose to be.  I need to be in court.  We can prove how they continued to lie and kept telling us it was about a key
