Signed up with CenturyLink when it was Embarq back in 2010.  Still at night have two times the speed of dial up after several tech calls.  Some type of band width shortage that they're really not interested in fixing if I understand them right.  Just got done talking to a supervisor and said another 6 months minimum before this is right.  They used to give ETR (estimated time of repair) of 4 - 6 weeks and it's not happened extending that 6 months out is like 4 - 5 years in my best guess.  Man if there were another internet service provider in the area I'd be all over them.  Do not give these crooks your money you will regret it down the road.  I've never seen such poor customer service in all my life.
