CenturyLink Refusal to find solution to problem Munds Park AZ

Century Link is the only option for internet in my area. I need an increase in internet speed to accommodate the expansion my business. I called Century Link on June 21st, 2021 to upgrade my internet and was told that the soonest a technician could come to my house was July 21st, 2021. I feel that a month is an offensive amount of time to wait for an internet upgrade as I would lose a month of profits. This company has an override for these types of situations, but my request was immediately denied because “there weren’t any missed appointments recorded.”

What confused me more was if I lived 14 miles north, I could have a technician at my home the following week. I questioned further, why is it faster service in Flagstaff? I was told, “It means we are not as busy in those areas so we can provide a faster appointment time.” I inquired, can a Flagstaff or Kachina technician cover the extreme busyness of internet installation in the Munds Park area? I was informed, “It’s not an option.”

I was blown away by the rude, abrupt, insensible, and overall lack of empathy or motivation to help a customer. The employee at this company need a serious amount of training. Here is the information of the unpleasant employees I dealt with Steve Bachmann ID#0181086 & Juanita ID#8AA79830.
