Don’t ever expect sleazy Internet Marketers like CEO Bill McIntosh at Promotion Engine, INC to follow through on any promises.

Promotion Engine is a Scam.

Promotion Engine was launched over 2 years ago as a ‘Beta’ program. I’ll save you the time. It’s still a Beta program.

From my knowledge of Software and ‘Beta’ phases…Beta phase generally begins when the software is feature complete but likely to contain a number of known or unknown bugs.

Over a dozen features still say ‘coming soon’, and the only update of ‘known issues’ is from 2016.

The features that are operational are simply a layer of their software on top of Facebook, or WP Plugins you can get for much cheaper. With FB, it has tools for Ad Reporting, Creating posts, Creating Ads. These are all things you can do within Facebook itself, for FREE. Promotion Engine does not add value to these features.

Even at the ‘Beta’ Price of $1497, its an overpriced piece of s**t you should not purchase. They claim this is Enterprise Version will be $599 a month when it launches to the ‘public’. Not a chance it is worth that.

But wait, they have a crazy 365 day risk-free guarantee!

Just use it, and it will dramatically increase your traffic and increase your sales conversion rates – GUARANTEED! If not, Bill will work with you personally to make it happen AND if that still doesn’t achieve it, just ask for your money back!

Not only will Bill give you your money back, he’ll even Paypal you $100 just for giving it a try!

Actually what happens is his Director of Customer Support, Samantha Montano throws the book at you to find any possible reason to deny the refund request. (Other complaints have also eluded to this as well)

You: Feature X,Y,Z doesn’t work.

Samantha: It’s a Beta program, not everything works.

You: Feature A doesn’t work.

Samantha: You should use Feature B instead.

You: Feature C doesn’t work

Samantha: You never told us that didn’t work.

You: Can I get a refund?

Samantha: You never used Feature C! because you never used that feature, I can’t give you a refund. BUT, I can offer you 6 months for free, but I cannot extend the refund period.

This is the kind of crap internet marketers go through to keep people’s money. Don’t trust any guarantee they offer, they are set up to find any loophole to deny the promise they initially made.

Bill McIntosh is a scammer

Samantha Montano is a scammer

Promotion Engine is a scam.

PromotionEngine.com is a scam.

JobCrusher is a scam.

JobCrusher.com is a scam.

Note to the public, Bill McIntosh and Samatha Montano also do business as Job Crusher or JobCrusher.com beware of any of their products or services. They are likely scams as well.

Also, the address listed for Promotion Engine, Inc looks like a seedy little office that helps companies incorporated in NV, while the customer service number 302-724-6254, is in Delaware. I’m guessing neither of them live within 100 miles of the posted mailing address, likely to hide from people they have scammed.
