Dave Singh, CEO of regal transport is at it again! Owes back pay to me and other company drivers. Has taken out no deductions of any kind. He file for chapter 11 in may of 2008 and then I find out he cancel it and he is .liable for all money owed. He may be assoicated with a trucking company call Pacifica. they did get some of his equipment so they might be in for a surprise too. He has gone into hiding here in fresno and Me and other drivers would like to locate him.
