Complaint Review: Ceramic Restoration of Westchester inc

Sent several porcelain/ceramic pieces for estimate.  Received estimate and paid an Invoice 127608 that they dated on March 3, 2007.  I have contacted company many times over the past 7 years.  ONLY one time did I talk to a real person who said that they would have my pieces ready immedately - and actually acted shocked to find them on the shelf.

I have called, emailed, faxed.  Last week I sent a letter by certified mail and left a phone message. 

This morning I had a voice mail from a lady who told me in detail how she is getting 100's of calls from people who have left treasured items with this company and can't get them to call or return items.  She said she was very upset at first and then she realized we are desperated people trying to get our stuff back and most of us have also paid a lot of money up front to have these items fixed.

My amount was $248.50. 

My mother did send a Lalique piece that had one broken piece on it.  They sent it back as refused in a millon pieces.  It was packed so carefully - there was no way that it could have been brokedn like that. 

If I lived anywhere near Tarrytown NY, Peekskill, NY, I would be hunting these people down myself.
