Complaint Review: Cerniglia Company

Cerniglia Co is one of the many companies owned by Louis Napolitano II and his son Louis Napolitano III. They do construction and excavation work and they do it well. This is why it is disheartening that Barbara Napolitano, Lou Jr's Mom has made it a point to cause problems for her disabled sister's family. She is withholding info and funds from her sister's inheritance, she is threatening and harassing her sister's husband and causing a lot of unrest in the family. Barbara has no power of attorney, and is illegally holding funds hostage in a sense. She is now actively trying to push her sister's husband out of his own home in Melrose Park and has made many false allegations about him, and has coerced her sister into this as an accomplice. Cerniglia company is not the problem here, but perhaps a solution. Perhaps Cerniglia could give Barbara Napolitano an actual paying job, so that she could a) learn the value of making her own money, and b) it would give her something to do other than harassing people and threatening to file false police reports. Being busy would keep Barbara from the temptation to fiddle with wills, legal documents and things from her sister's family that are truly none of her personal business. It is embarassing to Cerniglia Co., to her husband and her son, that Barbara is drawing negative attention to them. There is right and wrong, and Barbara seems to think that somehow money, lawyers and threats get you what you want. Badmouthing family members and defaming their character, telling lies is juvenile and needs to stop. It is okay for Barbara to dislike people, it is not okay for her to hold someone else's money hostage or to prey upon her disabled sister while she's under duress. It is also dispicable to pick on her disabled brother-in-law and harassing him to the point that his blood pressure goes up and he has a stroke. This level of harassment or hazing is criminal. It is pre-meditated harm when you know the person is ill and you're taking advantage of that. For the sake of Cerniglia Co's good reputation and for her husband and kid's sake, Barb is being asked to stop the false allegations, defamation and harassment. A copy of this may be sent to the Melrose Park Police Department since Barb is always threatening to call there. It is regrettable that this had to go public and Barbara had probably never imagined the internet was so powerful. Barbara's behavior is tyrannical, and unethical. If she got a job at Cerniglia perhaps she'd learn the value of a hard day's work and some integrity. Perhaps if she had to work hard to earn her money and pay for her own house, she'd realize just how horrible it is that she wants to help take a home away from someone like her brother-in-law. Barbara would eventually benefit from helping her disabled sister rip off her husband in a divorce, but that's not the only motive - Barb seems to like doing things just because "she can". Obviously a person who could better use their time volunteering for a charity or having healthy hobbies. Nobody likes hearing defamatory statements and false statements about themselves, nobody likes being harassed. If focusing on Cerniglia Company will put the spotlight on Barbara's behavior, then so be it. Barbara Napolitano, you do not have legal rights to the money or documents you are withholding, nor do you have any legal right to tell another human being, Phil Manzo what to do nor can you threaten him. I don't care who you are, who you're married to, it is just plain wrong and you should be ashamed of yourself. People would love you if you were nicer, but we've all seen your true colors. Please consider seeking a therapist for the anger and hatred you harbor for your brother-in-law. It is totally unprovoked. Keep your mouth shut about his family, kids etc. It is none of your business. Please go hang out with your rich friends and maybe do some good deeds for a change - or go rescue another cat. It's hard to imagine that the very same person who rescues homeless cats, wants to put her brother-in-law out of a home, and toss her disabled sister into a facility. You keep this up, and posts will keep going up to tell the truth.
