Complaint Review: Certified Communication Services

I ordered this satellite dish by mail . THen I called the above company to come put the dish together and install the dish on the roof. A guy named George showed up with 2 hours delay and he put the dish together and then took it on the roof to install. I was very impressed at first because he put the dish together very fast but when he went on the roof he had trouble to find the signal for telestar5 . By this time it was 8 P.M and he looked tired. he asked to go home and then come back the next day to finish his work. I felt sorry for him and paid him half the money because he looked like a nice guy. He promised to show up the next day(Christmas Eve) to finish his work and find the signal.

Not only he never showed up the next day but he did not show up for the next 5 days. I kept calling him with no hope for any answer back. Apparently he has some kind of caller id that he checks on his customers because at one time I asked my wife to call him with her cell phone and he instantly answered her but that was the last time because after that he wrote her number too and did not answer her either.

I threatened to report him to Better Business Bureau . But apparently he is a very brave one man company who is not afraid of anything. please do something so he does not rip anybody else. I already called another company and within 5 minutes my signal was found but it is very shameful for those one man companies.
