Certified Computer Xchange Exchange - Chad Messenger Did not deliver $1,400 worth of laptops, took my money, SCAM Buchanan New York
On April 22nd, 2008, I ordered a bulk lot of Dell Laptops (4) from Certified Computer Xchange or Exchange whatever. Sent $1,450 via check and was told it would be shipped once check cleared. Check cleared on 4/25/08, and no laptops. Sent multiple emails, got runaround saying they were backed up/busy etc. Then they finally stopped responding and wont respond to my refund requests. It has been almost 6 months now.
This company needs to be stopped, who knows how many others have lost money to these people.

This is the first time I am hearing about this issue or customer. We have no records of any order or payment from this customer. I am more then happy to help resolve this issue but I would need to know the customers information. Do they have proof that the payment was cashed? Feel free to contact me direct to clear this up.
