Complaint Review: CERTIFIED CREDIT CONSULTING; JOSEPH A. LACROCE

My husband and I hired Certified Credit Consulting on
March 26,2002. Joseph A. Lacroce was paid $995- through a "Pay-Pal service to do a 72 hour credit repair for us. Once our payment was made, we never heard from Joseph A. Lacroce or any other staff member at certified Credit Consulting. We tried to reach this company via e-mails, phone calls, and faxes, all our attempts were ignored.

Surprisingly, one day..we did recieve an e-mail from Joseph A. Lacroce stating that a package was on its way to us, and we needed to fill out the necessary paperwork, and return it to him. A fake USPS tracking number was also included in this e-mail. To our shock...the package did arrive. In the package were self addressed envelopes to several different P.O. Boxes, each asking us to send even more money!

We then made several attempts again to reach this company, and once again we were ignored. We e-mailed Joseph Lacroce reuesting a refund on a daily basis, and we were ignored.

We then contacted the Better Business Bureau in Philadelphia, and submitted a complaint. A week or so later, we recieved a letter from the Better Business Bureau stating they had contacted Certified Credit Consulting. Joseph A. Lacroce had stated to the Better Business Bureau that all matters were setteled with us, which is obviously not ture.

We are now out $995-!!!!! And are not happy about it!! We trusted this company, and in the end our trust got us RIPPED OFF!!
