Certified Financial Protection group of Temecula Ca. scammed us for $2850.00.It was to be refundable if their service did not get a loan re modification for us.They were represented by DBMarketing of Rocklin Ca.  Both companies have folded since. CFPG now goes by the name of Financial Hope for America. The CEO of this fraudulent bunch is Mike Wayman. He has quite reputation in scamming the public. His director of operations is named Don Brokaw.

We nearly lost our home due to them. It went into foreclosure & we now on top of everything else are having to pay back the foreclosure fees as well. Needless to mention the stress & health issues it created.  We would like to start a class action suit or join one already in progress as well as hear from others that experienced the same misfortune created by CFPG. This horror story is far more detailed to take up in a few paragraphs.  We have record of all communications with these lying scam artists. Something desperately needs to be done. Why hasn't our government stepped in to Stop these thieves? Hope to hear back on this matter. Thank you.

There are too many companies allowed to operate in America whose only function is to defraud the public. This is where de-regulation has taken us, and even though there are now laws in place to address these issues, they are not strict enough. Yes, we understand that a business needs to make money, but they must offer something in return for our money. Yours is a case in point! I fear that the result of the upcoming elections may turn the clock back to what put us in this hole in the first place. Oi! To make your position known please consider checking out this site and then creating a report so the government has a record of this abuse:
