tried to resolve issue, the sales men made up more lies and untrue statements. i also see they list finance companies that upon checking into have never heard of them and would not do bussiness with either. i am a car buyer for several honest dealerships with good reputations. it is sad that i run across so called dealers like these.

am the Used Car Manager at the Dealership which this report was filed with, and nothing in this report is factual. This vehicle in which they are making reference too was a corvette that was listed on eBay for sale. Those who are not familiar with ebay auctions there is a cut off time for which they will not let you remove a listing from auction which is 12 hours before the auction is over. This vehicle was for sale on our lot at the same time it was on auction and this is stated in the listing also, and the unit was sold locally after the 12 hour mark on eBay so I could not remove it from the auction. I contacted this buyer as soon as the auction ended to let them know that the vehicle was sold, but that I would infact locate a similar corvette for them and sale it to them for the same price. They were fine with this according to the email they sent me. The only attempt this buyer made to resolve this issue was for us to send them a check for $500 for a plane ticket they said they had to buy, which doesn't make since to me because I contacted them less than 5 minutes after the auction to let them know it was sold locally, so who is to say even if it was not sold that they would have been the high bidder. So if they would have been out bid in the last seconds of the listing would they contact the high bidder and demand $500 from them. As far as the Finance companies on our listing they are just links to these companies so someone can apply for a loan through them for the car not through us, we have our own local companies we use, these guys just do nation wide. Nothing about what we did was malicious in anyway.
