I've just checked my credit report and it stated in two instances that this collection agency is collecting on two cash advance/united cash loans. I have NEVER even needed to go to loan place. It is now a negative against my credit. I have been unable to find their fax/phone/valid address to contact them about this fraudulent act. This needs to be reported as a fraud and someone has used my identity in 2003 to do this.
