I am threatened two to three times a week that I am going to get let go when I can't complete a job because a small issue or inconvenient has happened. We are very behind on stump grinding jobs but yet I have stayed home the past three days this week while not getting paid when I am perfectly capable to work and they are task that need and can be done.
