Before I mention anything further, I'd like to point out to a few lies on certkiller's website:

There have been literally thousands of CertKiller customers who have purchased, used and passed their exams. We have never had anyone request a refund, or tell us they didn't pass - that's why we continue to offer this iron clad guarantee - YOU WILL PASS.

Let me add they if you look up the owner of the domain name for certkiller.com you will get a domains by proxy address, which means they have chosen private registration to hide their real contact information on their web site. Their only contact information is their email address, and even their legal policies do not have an address, making them completely erroneous and not under the law (perhaps someone could exploit this and sue them).

I've had an account with certkiller since 2003. I purchased a pack that allowed you unlimited access for about $100 as a special deal. That access worked for at least 5 years, until recently, certkiller changed their site, removed my access from that product.

In spite of this, I thought I would give certkiller.com another chance, as I had an exam coming up and needed to study.

Incident 1:
I purchased an EX200 package, which included the virtual simulator only. I tried the simulator out, and it was utter rubbish. It presents the same questions over and over, and the "right" answers you enter in the practice questions rarely ever work, so it's almost impossible to gauge your progress. In addition to this, there are many typos in the exam questions.

Incident 2:
Realizing the simulator was an utter piece of sh*t, I thought maybe the printed version would be better, at least it would allow me to not slow me down with errors like the simulator did. Having bought from certkiller before I am used to receiving a digital copy and overlooked that it was a printed version. After realizing this, within 24 hours I contacted certkiller support to cancel the order, but alas, the "customer service" representative informed me it had already shipped. The purchase was made on Dec. 5, the cancellation on the 6th. Wow, prompt shipping right!? It is Jan. 9, and I have yet to receive the product. Even though it ships from the UK to the US, a full month is plenty of time for mail to arrive to the US, usually its about 2 weeks from Europe.

So I leave you with this, not only does certkiller have a piss-poor product (sadly, they used to be good), but they have illegal, rude, and underhanded criminal business practices. Perhaps Godaddy should consider shutting them down (or the FTC, who I will be filing a complaint with as well) since its hosted on a US server and they can shut down offshore websites like this run by corrupt offshore shyte-heads.
