Ordered a product from this company on 9/19/2021. Item was shipped and showed delivered to my mailbox on 9/25/2021. I did not receive this item and contacted the seller to report. They asked me to contact the local post office to find out what happened. I contacted the post office and they verified that the items were not put into my box .
I talked to the local mail delivery person. He opened all the mailboxes on our street and did not find the items. Contacted the seller and they refused to send a replacement or refund. They stated it was my problem not theirs. Response to them was it's is the sellers responsibility to make sure the shipment is delivered properly.
