We thought we were buying a beautiful french bull dog named "Quickel" and went through all the procedures requested by Ceser french Bulldogs Home. After submitting our information, we were notified that we met their qualifications and they would place "Quickel" in our home.

Shortly thereafter, a request for $650.00 was made and payment had to be arranged through Moneygram that was sent to a specific account number through Pay Power.  A few days after we received another request to pay $269.00 for shipping.

The following day, we received notification that the shipping company would be there within the hour to pick up the puppy and we would receive an email advising us on flight and schedule. An email from City Xpress Pet Carriers arrived expressing acknowledgement that they had the female french bulldog in their possesion. However, with this acknowledgement came notice that the puppy passed all examinations and was ready for air flight except for insurance.

City Xpress Pet Carriers, was requesting that we send through Western Union $1,320.00 to Asong Albert, Delaware, Dover 19901 for (Life Pet Travel Insurance Policy) as per USDA Guidelines. Once City Xpress receives the $1,320.00 they will send a refundable receipt that we would sign and present to an agent from City Xpress Pet Carriers and would receive cash.

Failure to provide the certificate, the puppy would remain in Quarantine for (9) nine months at the Quarantine Service Center Pet Control Department. After calling the airports, Saint Paul MN and Sacramento. Neither airport have such a department.

Numerous calls to USDA were made, and there is no known requirement or recommendation for Life Pet Travel Insurance. All airlines that we know fly to Sacramento were called and none of them have an insurance requirement called Life Pet Travel Insurance. All claimed that we were being scammed.

An urgent email was sent to Anthony Burns with Ceser French Bulldogs and come to find that mr. Burns was aware of the insurance issue and his reply was: you get reimbursed.

Hi my name is Vanessa. Just today I found out that the breezy french bulldogs took my money and broke our faith in people. I have never been scammed before and have been a dog lover my whole life.  My boyfriend and I saw the puppies these people had to offer and fell in love. I have never bought a dog out of ccountry before. So getting a hold of these men which are horrible with communication and answering questions we went through and purchased a dog named "Gravino" a black and white french bulldog. After sending them $850 dollars ($650 for puppy and $200 for shipping) we then get an email from boarder express pets telling us he's ready to go but we need to pay $1325 for insurance. Again never doing this before we paid the $1325 via money gram just like the payment for puppy. This is when the pieces didn't fit. No one from the breeders would Contact me after the insurance was paid. Then we get another email saying we now needed to pay for a USDA approval for entry (also being threatened from the shipping company that there would be charged laid against us for animal abuse) another  $1225 was asked for. As soon as I said no and would like my money back as we wanted to terminate the transaction I have heard nothing from these people. The man I talked to had a thick accent. I didn't know these cowards were a scam until I found this website. Same MO same cowards parading as military and civil servant men. They took advantage and I'll be dammed if they walk away for long. If it makes anyone feel better this was the last message I sent to them ALL. If anyone has been able to get any info or had law enforcement help them please let me know. We're two 25 year old in Alberta Canada.

You son of a disease infested w*! Leave it to a f* scam people because (((redacted)))! I hope you have a relaxed ((redacted))). You dishonest lazy coward! You have no dignity. And you hide behind a military persona how cowardly! Karma you ninny f* karma

Prior name for French Bulldog Breeder (CESER French Bulldogs). They have a name change as a result to numerous scam reports. The new name for this scam operation is BREEZY French Bulldogs or breezyfrenchbull.net. They have scammed many people out of thousands of dollars and beware of this so called breeder and their counterpart (Pet Carrier companies) which is another scam.

French Bulldog Breeder Scam

Beware of BREEZT French Bulldogs Home, this is another scam being pulled by prior name of CESER French bulldogs Home. We were scammed out of $920.00 for a puppy named Quickel and I see the same photos on Breext's new site. Report these people to IC3 with the FBI. They are also in conjunction with the so called pet carrier who will notify you that your pet requires insurance and you need to send an amount by Western Union. THIS IS A SCAM
