I visitied this store last weekend, dispite seeing horrible reviews for it on yelp, google, and foursquare. I love used movie stores, especially ones that allow you to buy, trade, and sell. I figured it couldn't be as bad as people were stating, boy was I wrong.  The first thing I noticed inside the store was that the prices seemed to be all over the place, and several movies were mislabelled. I would find things like The Dark Knight would have several copies in stock, all the same edition, in varrying condition, but some would just be priced much lower or much higher for no aparent reason. I was also finding a lot of movies that were priced & marked with stickers for similar titles, obviously the staff doesn't pay very much attention when pricing things.

I ended up with about about a dozen a movies, and headed over to the register to pay. At the register, there was 4 employees "working" one was with a customer, one was doing some inventory thing, one was grabbing movies to stock the shelves with, and the other was just leaning on a counter watching the employee helping someone else. After a few minutes, one of the employees asked another one to ring me up, finally! When it came time to pay they had no dollar bills. I ended up getting change for a 5 from somebody else, and giving it to them in order to get my own change back!

Later that evening, I get home and start putting the movies away in my own collection. I immediatly noticed that they had given me the wrong discs in a box set I purchased (Friday the 13th - Crystal Lake to Manhattan) I grabbed my receipt to give them a call and find out if I could bring them back at a later time, since I live very far from the store. To my surprise, there was no phone number listed. It was at this time I also realized they had overcharged me too.

I got on the computer and googled the store trying to find a number, no luck, nothing. I finally find a review of the store that indicated they don't have a phone in any of their stores.. great. I went to the companies website, it advised customers to e-mail them and they would forward it to the store in question (really?!) I went ahead and did that, but never received a reply. I have also come to find that their return policy is for store credit only, and returns must be made within 2 days. What a joke.
