CF Capital finance Inc. Very dishonest ruthless they will sell you junk then sue you Mesa Arizona
The prior person who wrote about them is totally correct. Several years ago I bought a car from JD Byrider their finance company is CF Capital Finance Inc. The car I bought was just a few thousand dollars. Everything broke down on the car in a few months. I was a struggling single mom at the time. I had to give the car back to them. About 10 years later CF Capital Finance Inc were garnishing 25% of my wages. They ballooned a couple thousand dollar loan garnishing over $16,000. I filled bankruptsy and added both JD Byrider And CF Capital Finance Inc are included in it.
They mail me nasty letters. Then when the court sends them stop garnishments we get return to sender from them. Same address they send me nasty letters. Long story short. My bankruptsy has been discharged for several months now. This company is still garnishing my wages. My human resources even informed me the couldn't anymore. They are. My pay stubs are still showing they are unlawfully garnishing me. I have informed JD Byrider And Capital Finance of this. I even notified their corporate offices. They choose to ignore my court order to stop garnishing. I am now facing foreclosure.

Please tell us you had a lawyer when you filed your BK.
If so you need to immediatly go back and find out why they haven't taken action against them. If your lawyer says there is nothing they can do to stop it...get a new lawyer.
If you didn't have a laywer...get one NOW. Be sure to get a copy of the discharge papers from the court, the returned letters as well as the letters they are sending you would all be a good thing to make sure you keep.
Hopefully you can find one who will take your case on contingency. If not look around your area for various legal aid societies that may be able to provide additional help.
Because if you are being 100% truthful not only are they doing something illegal. You may be entitled to get all of the money garnished back with interest AND they may be required to pay you additional statutory or punitive damages. As well as facing some very hefty penalties both in the Civil and even possibly in the Criminal realms.
