-Some are MLMs
-some are straight commission work with start up costs
-some are phone sex and phone psychics
-at least one is for a receptionist whose duties require one to greet people as they come in (how is that a telecommuting job!).

The instructions to cancel your subscription say to delete your registration information but when you go to do that, all the fields are required. There is a customer service form on the "contact us" page. I wrote to cancel and was notified that I would be responded to with in 72 hours. We'll see...
