Complaint Review: CFI Travel and Westgate Resorts

CFI Travel sells vacation packages to a variety of westgate resorts. We bought a package for the West Gate River Ranch in Florida on December 24 and 25th. We drove 500 miles from Atlanta, GA only to discover the ranch was closed for the holidays and they had neglected to mention this to us at the time of our reservation. We were unable to participate in the activites we had been promised and therefore checked out the next day.

They are unwilling to refund us the entire package because we stayed at the hotel that one night. After driving 10 hours, who would look for another hotel? Also, when we checked in, we were never informed that the ranch was closed!!!All we want is a full refund. Don't be scammed!
