 We have a credit card from this company for Firestone Auto Care. I made an original purchase, and all was good. I paid off the balance on the card in full. I then waited for the payment to clear my bank. After it cleared, I checked the website and called the automated system, and both said I had my full credit limit available. I took my other vehicle for tires and alignment, and upon job completion, swiped my card to make payment. It was declined. After calling CFNA, who was very rude and unhelpful on the phone by the way, they said there was still a hold on the account because they had not yet received the payment from the bank, even though both of their systems said it was paid and all was good. So, when asked what was going to be done so that I could pay this $700 bill and get my vehicle back, I was told I was on my own, they wouldn't do anything! I was forced to come up with the money or be without a vehicle for at least 3 days. I told them something needed to be done because I wasn't leaving without my vehicle, so the manager of the company called the police on me, even though I was not making a scene and was trying to pay my bill! Don't waste your time with this company and its piss poor customer service.
