They sold me a car that had pre-existing damage, they lied when i asked if the car was in an accident, they were supposed to "repair" my car but took it and ran 1000 more miles on it so they wouldn't have to honor their warranty, they tried to pawn responsibility on my extended warranty company so they wouldn't have to pay for it, extended warranty won't cover it cuz the dealership is liable, and because it's pre-existing damage,

They have had this car for 8 months now and i don't have a car, its been costing me $800 a month for something i don't even have and when i call to see if it's fixed they give me excuses and tell me to call back friday, and it goes in circles, also, they all lied, telling me that they spoke with the extended warranty company and i called to verify that and i was told i was the only one to ever call the warranty company.... Got screwed bad! PAYING LOTS OF MONEY AND HAVE NO CAR!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Geena, stop paying. Then, file suit. Search for every state and federal agency and file a complaint. Cause so much trouble for this company that they hand you everything back you spent. They took advantage of a woman. Not that sex matters. I'm sure they would have done the same thing to a man.

Trash like this stays in business because there is a steady stream of new victims. When you start hurting their business with tons of complaints, you will cost them more than if they refunded your money.

It's like a spotlight. Crooks hate to be put in the spotlight. It makes them look bad. And it hurts their chances of going on to cheat others. So turn up the heat. Call up the local news. Get some friends together and protest out front. Put a red hot spotlight right on them. Make so much trouble that they pay you off just to go away.
Get that lawsuit started. Take your contract and file for the full amount back! Best of luck, Geena!
