CGFNS Ms. Mitchell ,Mr. Haqq irresponsibe, careless company and employes Philadelphia Pennsylvania

I applied for credational service evaluation through CGFNS. It is my second time using them. This time, I got very disapointed with the service and people who worked there. They received all my proper documents from Russia on October of 2016, and CGFNS lost them. Since january 2017 they are keep telling me to call back in 3-5 busness days and hopefully they will have some info. it was going oh untill May 2017. In May , Ms. Mitchell called me and ask me to send to her all the documents I have and she is going  to f/u with me. I nevere heard from her again.I left multiple e-mails and phone messages, complete ignore. Than I had conversation with Mr. Haqq in June of 2017, He promised me to take care of my case and admitted that it is their responsibility of lost documents , and I will be update on my case all the time. Sinse our conversation I never heard from him again. I sent e-mails, no answears. Last week when i called to CGFNS, represantive ( Sabah( sorry for misspell)) hang up the phone and told me that somebody will contact me in 24-48hours, of course nobody contact me, it is been 1 week. I don't know what to do, because deadline is October 13th 2017 and service coast over $300. It this moment they are just straching the time. I want to make them to take the responsibity and make thing right.
