Complaint Review: CGTV.LA

I paid 4500.00$ for my daughter to attend Celebrity tv la camp hosted by Adrian Rmante in November 2013.  The camp was scheduled for the end of december.  The end of November I was layed off from my job. I informed CGTV and Mr  Rmante himself that we would not be able to make the trip due to my job situation.I had already purchased airplaine tickets that cost me 1200.00 but to spend almost 2000.00 for hotel fees and food would not be wise due to my current situation. I was informed that I could not get a refund and that I could bring my daughter anytime.

Now Mr Rmante didnt lose any money due to my daughter not attending. Afew months passed and i contacted the company literally begging for my money back because i was still unemployed and seriously need my money. They were rude very unconsiderate and hung up in my face .  I did email them toards the summer trying to see when the next camp would be because i could not just give 4500.00 away took them days to respond .so i called and was greeted with the same dryness.

My daughter didnt make the camp in the summer because I cant afford it and im still searchibg for fulltime employmenyt.. I am a single parent who had every intentions on my daughte attending this camp if i didnt i wouldnt have paid them in full.My situation changesdwhich was out of my control but for these guys to be so insensitive and greedy shows their character as business people....Before they recieved fullpayment i could call them anytime even Mr Rmantes private line and was greeted with such kindness but when I asked for a refund to help take care of my child they quickly switched.
