Cha Cha's False advertising stating drinks served with alcohol and they are not RIPOFF Coney Island, Brooklyn New York
They sell their frozen drinks on the boardwalk for $10 each stating there is rum alcohol in them. Asked what kind, they say Captain Morgan Rum. After purchasing, they say it's not alcohol but rum flavoring. When asked for our money back they refuse.
False advertising, unethical selling practices.

Notify your state liqour control board. They regulate this type of thing, and it is actually illegal (at least in WA) to mis-represent this type of thing.
