Jumped in as property manager for a couple trying to get out of their Property Sale Agreement because the equity went up. He acted like a bully in person, lied about contract details and legal process, threatened illegal eviction (probably to either be the listing agent for a valuable sale OR to trick his clients into selling to him for less than the property is worth), took over our irrigation account, refuses to give enough details about when the water is coming, tried to flood the basement home on the property one cycle, then didn't get any water for gardens the next, convinced his clients to make me email him about irrigation, even though he won't give enough details,
then lied in court about not being associated with whomever is over irrigation. This guy is rude & dishonest. It seems his advice to his clients is encouraging their dishonest equity grab. But perhaps he will have the integrity to pay for the financial damage he's doing both to my property AND his clients (legal fees) bank account and reputation? Yeah, he probably won't. Perhaps it is more useful to warn you about the kind of people who would hire a thief & bully like Chad Cluff.
