They say my almost 80 year old husband bid on a guitar - meh stranger things can have happened. BUT we have no invoice, no winning bid, no con note, no delivery instructions no postage quote nada.
The take out $1402.21 AUD for a $20 alleged purchase that we KNOW NOTHING about and when pressed say its for delivery with special consideration of extra packing totalling over $1000 australian.
They clearly are running a con. they have no signature, no authorisation, no invoice, no con note, no confirmation of acceptance of amount debited whith is excessive.
I've complained to UPS, Chad McCarter and Auction Zip along with our own Consumer affairs in Australia and our bank. Digusting really.
